12th Man revolves around a group of friends who, even years post-college, maintain a strong bond. The group of eleven, along with their spouses, gather at a hill station resort to celebrate the bachelor party of the last single member. The festive atmosphere takes an unexpected turn when they decide to play a revealing game, exposing secrets that could strain their friendship. The night takes a darker twist with an unexpected death, compelling Chandrashekhar (Mohanlal), initially seen as a perpetual drunkard, later revealed to be a police officer start investigating the mysterious death.

Under the direction of Jeethu Joseph and produced by Antony Perumbavoor for Aashirvad Cinemas, this film boasts a screenplay by K. R. Krishna Kumar and is based on a story by Sunir Khetarpal. The film stars the iconic Mohanlal alongside a talented ensemble including Unni Mukundan, Anusree, Anu Sithara, Saiju Kurup, Rahul Madhav, Chandunath Nair, Anu Mohan, Priyanka Nair, Leona Lishoy, Aditi Ravi, and Sshivada.
