Unni Mukundan's 'Malikappuram' has found its way into the official selection of the 54th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) for 2023. The festival will feature 20 non-feature films and 25 feature films. 'Malikappuram' has made a lasting impression, receiving praise from a diverse audience, including both the youth and families.

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, in partnership with the National Film Development Corporation, Government of India, takes charge of the Indian Panorama. This annual event carefully handpicks both feature and non-feature films that exemplify cinematic artistry, thematic richness, and aesthetic brilliance, following the defined regulations.

The films that have been chosen will be featured and presented to the audience at the upcoming festival, scheduled to take place in Goa from November 20th to November 28th.
